During his tenure at Etex, a global construction materials group with operations in over 45 countries, Mark held senior leadership roles overseeing regional and global business units. He was responsible for sales, manufacturing operations, capital investment, safety, HR, and strategic expansion, delivering consistent revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost efficiencies.

Mark brings deep expertise in operational leadership, performance management, and team development. He is particularly skilled at strengthening second-tier management, improving execution discipline, and building leadership capability within organisations.
