Discovery Phase

This phase is all about getting to know you, understanding your business, the opportunities for us to grow the business and if the deal will work for both parties

Initial Study:

The first stage is all about getting to know you as the owner and your business.

Financial accounts:

We will need to see your last 3 years full accounts to review the company finances.

Heads of terms:

A legal document which sets out the terms of a commercial transaction agreed in principle between parties.

Due Diligence Phase

In this phase we engage our deal team who will conduct an in-depth review of your business to determine how the deal can be structured. This will be a valuable insight for you to see the inner workings of your business

Financial:

Our accountants will conduct a financial review of your business and will need to engage with your accountant.

Legal:

Our legal team will conduct a legal review of your business and will need to engage with your solicitor.

03.

Commercial:

Our team will look into your business processes and evaluate how we can improve and add value to the business.

Deal Completion

In the final phase we will present a detailed breakdown of the valuation of your business and the terms of the sale. There are many factors to consider here however we will not only guide you through this but our guarantee that it will be a fair deal for both parties.

Contracts:

Our team will prepare the contracts including all the terms and conditions for both parties.

02.

Completion:

Both companies sign the agreed contracts and completion transaction.

03.

Post-integration:

Our team will will engage with the business and make sure we have a smooth handover and make sure all employees are happy through the process.
